Many users express frustration with the Thai Pass application process, citing delays and complications. Multiple applications often lead to rejections and a backlog, while a few users report receiving their passes quickly. It's emphasized that applicants should only apply once and ensure all paperwork is correct. Some users share personal experiences, noting that processing times can vary based on flight dates and application completeness.

Just got our Thai passes after a 4 or 5 day wait. Myself, thai wife and our 6 y/o daughter. Depart Australia just after Christmas for a 30 day stay. Ticked all the boxes, my wife and I double vaccinated, return flights with Thai Airways, COVID insurance with AXA for me and my daughter, AQ hotel booked for one night on arrival. The silly bit is having to convert pdf to jpg files for all documents, but pdf2jpg website got it done.
I fully expect it to be denied. I kinda rushed it in the heat of the movement without thinking (and being a tad lazy). Will update once they come back to me.
Now the thai government saying there's alot of scammers on the thai pass website this is why some people not getting a response or qr code. You carnt make this sh#t up .unbelievable.
One can always rely on governments to take a seemingly simple process and make it complicated and difficult.

Maybe people are applying more than once because they have paid for everything and are worried because soon they are due to fly out. No one wants to be denied because of a minor mistake on their application and then loose all the money they have spent paying for their trip.
a mate on this web site had his rejected when he uploaded his insurance cert it didn't specify the correct amount of covid insurance on 1st page he then went back into the system and uploaded the 2nd page stating the amount 30 minutes later he got his pass
one guy has applied 7 times what a retard so if you think 20,000 people are applying and they do 5 each that’s a hundred thousand

Totally agree, a lot of us are waiting and waiting etc
Frustrating when some people have applied and have got QR code within a few hours. Also everyone has got their flights and hotels prepaid. If we had to cancel its going to be a nightmare.
If people only applied once it’s fine, some idiots think by applying 5-10 times they will get the pass quicker, all they are doing is blocking the system up, on a good note most people, as long as the paperwork is correct, are getting the pass within 7 days as they are working around the clock, weekends included to sort the backlog out, also people who put in multiple entries are soon to have their application rejected and have to reapply, be warned!
just an update on my previous (very unpolite) message… sorry man, im really worried about this and i don’t really wanna get my trip denied coz i’d get in serious troubles… big, big, huge frustration about it…
r u kidding me?????? if i knew BEFORE that hotmail accounts weren’t working i wouldn’t have applied twice!!!! Who is the idiot??????? shut ut mouth up if u don’t know the reasons!!!!!!
amazingly bad compared to the electronic visum system. That site deals with more complex papers but is clearly a functional site. Strange they mishandled the Thai Pass, which will be the key system, so badly.

Despite the other issues, eliminating multiple logins could be corrected by having a registration system. One login account per individual.
I don’t know, I’m just passing on what I was told, apparently the amount of people who are applying multiple times is slowing the system down, which makes sense
my friends Thai wife works at the place where they process the applications, they are working 24hrs a day to deal with the backlog, apparently the amount of people applying multiple times is hindering the process massively
