Bulgaria....Cheap to stay in Air B&B starts at £7 a night so £70 for the ten days, plus weather is decent as well and on the UK’s green list.

no I’ve been looking as well. Currently you can go from Thailand to Romania, spend 10 days there and then onto the UK and avoid the quarantine. Open the link and play around with different countries.
