I do think it’s funny that in the UK they’re issuing “red alert” weather warnings because it’s going to get to 37 degrees. Like that’s a pretty average daily temperature here. Most seem to survive.

It's amazing when they paint something red to make it more catastrophic. 555

bit I find amusing is a lot of them will happily sit on a beach/by a swimming pool/get trollied in those temperatures whilst on holiday yet they're now making it out go be armageddon

@Darren ******
the general public are fine with the nice weather, it's the bloody BBC and other media that thinks the world is going to end.

Wait till the 1st day of rain for flood warnings to be reported by the Press

God knows how some tourists sun soak here to get a tan to go back home and “look good” for a couple of weeks. I’ve been here for 30 plus years and am probably the whitest guy around.

I can't do it, I need to do something and sitting on a beach or by a pool all day is my idea of hell.

A beach? Who invented sand? The worst stuff ever. Gets everywhere.

Been pretty miserable down here over the past week. Today was a good one but many rain showers over the past week. Typically I don’t care about them. They bring the temperature down and we have these new fan-dangled things called umbrellas if we need them.
