TLDR : Answer Summary
The current situation is that the 30-day Visa on Arrival has not officially changed to 45 days. There is a proposal to extend it from October 1st until March of the following year, but it has not yet been enacted into law. One individual questioned the possibility of receiving a 45-day extension after already paying for a 60-day leave.
