TLDR : Answer Summary
After submitting an application for a NON-O eVisa and receiving an email confirmation that it's being processed, it's recommended to track the application status on the official eVisa website. Some applicants report not receiving emails until additional information is required.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
  • For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
  • Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.

You should be able to track the entire status on the evisa website. I don't recall receiving any e-mails until they reached out to ask for additional information.

The E-Visa can be a nightmare, request for documents aready sent, rarely meet the application approval time line (when applications sent weeks in advance of flight departure)causing flight cancellation and rebooking added cost.Frommmy own experience.

all depends on your embassy. London usually issues visas in 3 days. Paris takes months.
