TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can still fly into Bangkok despite the lockdown, and your wife can pick you up after your isolation (ASQ). However, both of you must be aware of local regulations and restrictions in place. For example, if traveling to destinations like Phuket, you may need to show proof of vaccination and a negative Covid test. After completing your quarantine, you will receive a certificate that allows you to travel, but your wife may need to obtain a travel permit to enter Bangkok.
Probably you can fly in. Probably your wife needs a travel permit to enter Bangkok. A pick up from Hotel isn't really a hard reason to enter a dark red zone, but that might change within the next 14 days
I'm I'm quarantine now in pattaya, I was due to go to buriram to visit family, however due to buriram province strict rules I would have to do a further 14 days quarantine there. As my stay is only 5 weeks we've decided to stay in or around pattaya with my wife and child coming here. They may have to quarantine when they go back to buriram. Check your destinations rules as they differ from province to province.
You should rent a car or minibus to take you wherever you have to go. You will have all the correct paperwork after ASQ. I also assume that you will have been vaccinated in your home country.
Your wife is another matter
Don't put her through all the hassle of getting to Bangkok and then the probable even bigger hassle of getting back to your home province.
You’d need to be aware of any restrictions in place at your destination. For example in Phuket currently you can’t enter unless you are fully vaccinated and have a negative Covid test within 7 days (or recovered within 90 days).
