hmm...that would be easy enough if it was just changing the reason but it's really I think -- getting on a different visa. I am on a non-immigrant O visa which is subject to several government offices (which means geting documents /approvals from all these different departments every three or six months -- used to be a year once -- with a work permit before Imm. grants the visa .

Usually full service airlines have this extra service. Costs more but it's available.

Not sure why -- Her Thai friend is in the same business and both are going to start working together? just 51% Thai and 49% her? What would the problem be with this? Just trying to source best pricing for her to get her documents processed.

Yes, the company is her friend's . It's already been registered 7 years ago with the 2 million in for the previous foreign employee. He left three years ago, which is the reason the company was dormant and didn't do anything -- they just kept up with the accounting, legal monthly stuff. So now, this friend is wanting to take over and do something with it.
