Went to IT Laksi today and got my Visa-exempt extension today. Just want to recommend that if you're going to do this -- MAKE AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT! It is so much easier . They honor their word there, that you'll get it all done within 15 mins if you go for your appointment on time.
Just remember: PRINT OUT the confirmation of your appointment and add this to your required documents of TM7, TM30, the two acknowledgement documents, copies of your passport data page and latest entry stamp.
Also -- lesson learnt today -- the ID Photo you have to attach to the TM7 form must be taken against a white background.
*BTW, a bit of fun info --When you're done, go to the Second floor -- two great discount stores there for all kinds of household /office needs --DIY and THANK YOU shop.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shares their positive experience obtaining a Visa-exempt extension at IT Laksi immigration office, recommending that others make an online appointment to expedite the process. They emphasize the importance of printing the appointment confirmation and preparing required documents, particularly noting that the ID photo for the TM7 form must have a white background. Additionally, they mention nearby discount stores for household and office needs.
Always recommend making an appointment if the service you're looking for offers appointments. Unfortunately some do not (like marriage and I think retirement too) but some of the simple ones like tourist extensions do.
