When you return to your place in Thailand, submit TM30 with your new passport with which you enter Thailand on.

Make sure you are stamped in with your new passport for the same period as your existing extension in your old passport before leaving the passport control counter.

You need to go to the local immigration office to apply for transfer stamps.

Right, you have until 7 days after the due date to submit a 90-day report in person without any issue. You can wait if you want to.

If your online status is still pending when you go to the local immigration office to report in person, better to cancel it in advance to avoid complications.

If your initial visa was Non-O for being over 50/retirement for 90 days, there is no insurance requirement for you to apply for a 1-year extension based on retirement.

On the other hand, if you entered Thailand on Non-OA and continue to stay from that visa, you must meet the mandatory insurance requirement to be able to apply for a 1-year extension based on retirement.

Sometimes people mix Non-O visa based on retirement and Non-OA by same “retirement visa” words, and it leads confusion.

Bangladeshis are often one of the nationalities that take a longer processing time. On their (RTE/RTCG in Australia) website, it could be 4-6 weeks. You need to contact the embassy/consulate directly.

It’s not an extension, it’s “application of extension denied” stamp. You just apply for an extension for whatever reason (most do for tourism reason for 30 days) when you apply for cancellation of your current extension based on employment. That application would be denied as you dont meet the requirements, they will stamp UP TO 7 days to leave the kingdom. That 7 days max will start on the day you apply.

, did you read Tod’s comment? Appointment lots are open only for 30 days… January is more than 30 days away. Their first business day in January is Monday, 5th.

, no "at least one 90-day report to Bangkok" rule in Bangkok anymore.

From your comment before, you are in the first 90 days from the initial in-country Non-O visa based on marriage. You will go to the local immigration office to apply for a 1-year extension for the same reason during your last 30 days of the current stamp, with the official fee of 1900 baht. The last day you can apply for a 1-year extension is the due date of the current stamp.

Since it's an extension based on being married to a Thai national, you will get an under-consideration period stamp for about 4 weeks (depending on the office). Then you go back again on the exact day of the under-consideration stamp to get the rest of the 1-year extension inked into your passport. No fee for this time.

You can apply for a single or multiple re-entry permit anytime, but a re-entry permit always has the same validity as your latest stay or extension stamp. If you apply for a re-entry permit during the under-consideration period for roughly one month, your re-entry permit will also be valid for about one month, etc.

, 2000 baht is the official fee for an initial in-country visa application. You will pay the fee for a re-entry permit when you apply for a re-entry permit itself; usually, it would be after you get your yearly extension stamped into your passport.
