Glenn Luke from the USA you will get a 60 day entry on visa exempt and you can extend another 30 days for a fee. You don't have to have an exit ticket. If they ask and they seldom do, explain that you understand that you have to leave within 60 days and have not yet decided when and how you will leave. When they know that you are visiting to meet your Thai wife's family, they will understand. Don't forget that the day that you enter will be counted as day 1. Leave the exit blank on your TDAC and IO will ask you how long you are staying.
EmeraldWolf7059 sorry, I thought I read that they held back her wages. I went back and read that they eventually paid her. My bad. Still wouldn't worry too much, I'm sure her story will carry her.
So you have to leave by March 31st when your 90 days expire. You never worked on record because you never got paid. Chilli out for the last couple of days, m8. Stop over thinking it.
I did 2x60 day exemptions with a border run in 2025 and went back to Oz for 6 months. I then entered again last week with a return flight booked for day 59. They never hesitated to give me entry, but IO stamped my passport to leave on day 59, as per my flight recorded on my TDAC. I might add that I was a little nervous about my recent entry too, because it would total 179 days in 12 months. I have a history of 23 previous entries in the past 8 years, mostly only 2 weeks each time with no overstays or extensions. I think that you should be ok this time because you don't max out your stays. Good luck m8.
