Geez, maybe just too hot for her and old age? She looks like she was treated a lot better than those poor penguins that survive there. I just can't go to zoos anymore! May you be at peace!
thank you. I thought I saw e visa for anything other than tourist. thanks. Will go through it again and get that checklist you mentioned. Maybe better to fo to KUL then because I have heard negative reviews of e visa process not working.
Just be aware that your employer may not really know of the best place. Unless they have heard back directly from several employees doing the same visa run, it can be quite hard for them or any visa agent to really know. The rules and temperament of each Thai Embassy is in constant flux. Having said that, you can still make a choice based on what you can gather! Good luck!
"The wife" is simply a cultural expression that many Australians use. It is completely normal to Australians to speak like this. Just as you have seen strange or heard strange things from your time in Thailand and Asia. Whether a country is "civilizsed" or not - each country and the people who come from there will continue to shock people who are not from this place.
Thanks Phil for the info - it looks like my partner will be transferring to an ED visa soon but he may still benefit form having a Thai bank account in the future especially if he decides to go Guardian visa on our son's ED visa. Is it easier to get Thai bank account on an ED visa? Just curious?
Hi Dan, I think Laurie might be someone that i talked to in the past. He is an ex aussie policeman who owns small sized hotel in the old town right near Thapae Gate. Thank you for remiding me about him because he does specialize in licenses but i did not know that he could also possibly help set up a bank account too! Thank you kindly!
