I have but everyone gave different answers and some people disagreed with each other so I ended up not getting a clear understanding! I might have to ask down at immigration Monday monring. Thanks

The office by the airport is the main office and can provide all services. The mall office is a satellite and offers less services and I'm not sure about visa transfer.
