TLDR : Answer Summary
As of now, there are no Covid testing requirements imposed by Thailand for travelers leaving the country. Travelers should check the requirements of their destination country, as only a few places still have restrictions, notably Hong Kong and mainland China. Previously, there were more complex rules regarding testing and insurance for certain countries, but most of those have been lifted.
There are currently no outbound requirements (though it’s a valid question, as only a couple of months ago Thailand had some mind boggling stupid rules that were conditional upon the requirements in the next country you were travelling to).
Haven't seen this one in a while. There was a covid insurance policy needed if you had to get tested in Thailand for your next destination (Mainly India and China), and if you tested positive, that means you had to either stay in Thailand, or go somewhere else.
But I think all of that is done away with in India, and maybe even China?
None. There never was a policy, except if your airline or destination required it. Now it's destination only and only a few places still require it (notably Hong Kong and mainland China).
Why would Thailand care what your covid status is when leaving when they don't even care what it is when you enter? You need to check with your destination if they have any restrictions, not Thailand.
