Is the Non-Immigrant O visa the correct visa for my son's ED visa application in KL?

JUST DOUBLE CHECKING -

I am about to start getting all documents ready for a visa trip to KL where my son is applying for an ED visa [from international school] and my husband is applying in same application for a guardian/dependent /follower visa.

I just want to be 100% sure that this is the correct checklist and form to follow as this visa seems to go by a few names.

There are not very many other options that fit, so pretty certain this is the one, but I am feeling a bit nervous about it all...so any other eyes on this for me would be nice!

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is preparing documents for a visa trip to Kuala Lumpur, where their son is applying for an ED visa and their husband is applying for a guardian/dependent/follower visa. They seek confirmation that they are using the correct checklist and form for these visas, which can be confusing due to multiple names. Commenters confirm that the Non-Immigrant O visa is appropriate and question the need to apply in KL rather than locally.

Yep. Non Imm O is the correct visa.

thank you!

Why apply in KL? Can you not apply at your local immigration office with information from the school?

no. You can only get the extension inside of Thailand with having 500,000 baht in the bank after obtaining a single entry Non O visa as a dependent abroad.

Cannot see the full checklist - can you do portrait ?
