Is the online booking system for the KL embassy working successfully?

My husband had to book a ticket out and he still has not seen a date for April appear on the calendar. We are checking every day but they do not seem to be updating it from what we can see. I have written to them and their answers are really unclear. This puts my husband in a situation where he does not really know how long he will be away, since he has not been able to book even the first appointment required.
