My husband and son will soon be traveling to the Thai Embassy in Malaysia, KUL.
My son will apply for his ED visa [linked to international school].
My husband will apply for Non O visa with the plan to go onto a guardian visa once my son gets his 1 year ED visa stamp in his passport.
I have been told by school visa department that husband and son can apply for their visas at the same time - as in in the same appointment at the embassy.
Is this true and if so, can anyone tell me a little more about the process.
One thing we have concerns about is the e visa application which I think is required when applying for both of these visas.
I have heard some far from functional reports from the e visa online application.
Thanks for any advice!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question pertains to a family's visa applications at the Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, where the son is applying for an ED visa linked to an international school and the husband is applying for a Non O visa. The inquirer seeks clarification on whether both can apply simultaneously at one appointment, as suggested by the school visa department, and expresses concern about the required e visa application process, which has received negative feedback.
