I missed one report because I did border run 1-2days after it was due, i havent had any problems after that, and i have done 2 90day report after that. An agent told me, that leaving the country counts as one, "in a way" because it resets your current location

I dont see where you need the receipt... last time i did 90day report i had it, but i had to do all the same stuff like 4years for now anyway, it didnt change anything... i thought i could skip the residency certificate with the receipt but no... still had to have my lease and everything with me like before without the receipt

I did that border 9.12., stayed laos 1 minute, no questions asked. I posted here about it. I drove myself and walk out and in. After seeinf dtv laos IO said i dont need laos stamps i can go straight back, but i got the stamps anyway
