Has anyone been approved for a DTV in the last month, adding money to their account soon before their application submission? If yes, which embassy (in ASEAN)?

I have real work funds coming through this week to get me over the line and plan to go to Vietnam. I’ve seen mixed opinions on how long the money should be in the account for so this is still unclear.

I just get rejected by Hanoï embassy, this DTV visa look just like a tourist trap

I am currently in the process of waiting for approval from embassy and my agency strongly recommend proving 6 months savings plus all additional savings/investments to strengthen my case. I am softpower no Income , over 2 million bath in savings, waiting for 4 working days already, no feedback yet , approx. Waiting period is 2 weeks

Search the group for vietnam embassy, its not that hard and you get your answer a lot quicker than waiting a random answer some day in future

It depends on embassy. Basically ask 3 month transactions . They checked latest balance only. don't worry so much.

They could ask for up to 6 months of records even though sometimes they claim they only look at 3 months of records.
