Regarding your inquiry, the closest category of digital nomad is Smart-S (Startup) which means you have a plan to set up business in Thailand. In case of digital nomad e.g. freelancer, our current scheme does not cover digital nomad's qualifications. However, we are working on this issue to find out the suitable and flexible criteria for digital nomad in Thailand.

Move... I had this problem with foreign landlords... It can be a pin in the arse depending what visa/extension you're applying for. I moved house in the end.

What Immigration office you using?

No. not at all ,, not one bit.. no way

Do you have a Thai friend that can call your immigration office for you and write down what they say. Bit of a cop out answer I know but could save you a fair amount of pain.

Contact KK immigration and ask for the handout of all the requirements. As they all differ slightly between offices. No need for covid medical though.

If you already have the whit paper slip in your passport you may already be in the system. The lovely people in Phang nha did it for me in November so I could do it online.
