this would include the 60day extension based on thai family, correct? i have this extension until june 12... so i can stay until july 31? my non-o ME visa is expired [thai spouse] and am planning to get a new one whenever this situation is complete.

and if you had that visa (non o ME thai spouse), the actual visa is now expired and you are on a 60 day thai family extension? What happens in June when my 60 day thai family extension is up and traveling is still restricted? I have a WP for teaching in language school as well. I planned to get a new visa last month but my flights got cancelled the day before I was to travel. Can I get an extension based on teaching on top of this? I do not have the finances to do the marriage extension. I am well aware June is two months away but this needs to be a thought in my head.

your visa should not be cancelled if you get get a 60 day extension for now. The 60 day extension will add 60 days into your current entry stamp. Once that is up then you will need to leave the country in order to activate another 90 days as long as it is before the “valid until” date on your ACTUAL VISA sticker.

Maybe
@Tod ********
or another mod can confirm that for me?

depending on the office is it either 30 or 45 days. I’m unsure which for chiang rai. I went today with roughly 24 days left and had no problem.

mine was up April 13 and I went today no problem. Depending on the immigration office it is usually 30-45 days prior is okay. I am unsure which for chiang rai.
