if you don’t have a marriage certificate you aren’t officially married. So you wouldn’t be able to get a visa outside of Thailand or visa extension inside of Thailand based on marriage.

But some offices may ask for seasoning***

Kr 2 is obtained at an amphur office with your wife. It verifies your marriage.

TM 7 is the form you fill out for your extension.

Tm6 is the card that should be stapled into your passport. It’s the arrival/departure card.

The family photos should be about as big as an a4 piece of paper.

I forgot to mention you need two 4x6cm visa photos as well that you attach to the application form
