Hello. I haven’t left Thailand since Covid hit, I am on non-o extension based on Thai spouse. In July I will be traveling to Vietnam and when I come back (at least of of now) to my understanding will need re entry permit and health insurance covering 10,000$ for Thailand pass.
What are options for insurance? Help appreciated. How long does the insurance need to cover? I also have a work permit, if that matters. Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information on health insurance options for a trip to Vietnam while holding a non-O visa in Thailand. They mention needing to obtain a re-entry permit and health insurance that meets Thailand's entry requirements, including coverage of at least $10,000. Community comments suggest that the insurance must cover the remaining duration of the visa, clarify when to purchase the re-entry permit, and note that if the user pays social security through a work permit, insurance may not be necessary. Additionally, a suggested provider for affordable COVID-19 insurance is Roojai.

Quick question. Can I buy Single Reentry Permit multiple time. I prefer to pay 1000 baht each time instead of paying 3800 baht for multiple Reentry Permit. I might travel out of Thailand 2 times only in one year. Thanks to advise
That is the official policy but in practice you will get a Thai Pass with just one month of coverage and once you have the Thai Pass that is all anyone wants to see regarding the health insurance, that you have a Thai Pass. One month is sufficient in practice.
I am on non-o with 1 year extension. So what would the duration of stay be in that case? If I still have (at the time of arrival) 3 months left on the extension before I reapply for a new one?
I am Non O also and just returned to Thailand one week ago. I submitted Covid insurance of 30 days and had no problem with Thailand pass or immigration.
you need to be covered for the duration of your current allowance to stay. This is only for entering the country. So you won't need to renew your insurance when you get your next extension
