i messaged, they have a 5 day turn around!! I think pretty straight forward but you never know and just wanted to see if anyone has ever actually gotten it. starting to plan ahead for my new visa in january and just thought it would be cool to go visit a friend in norway and do the visa if i could.

Doesn't seem all that hard although they don't say if they'll issue year-long, multi-entry Non-O's. I'd contact them and ask.
