Do I need to fill out a new TM30 form to update my address after applying for a new visa in Chiang Rai?

living in chiang rai. i am leaving the country this week to get a new visa and returning saturday evening. have the tm30 receipt in my passport. when i go to immigration next monday to update address, will i need to have a whole new form filled out with landlords info or okay to just give them my receipt? usually if i stay overnight elsewhere or cross maesai border i just use the receipt and they give me a new one and there are no issues but wasnt sure since i am getting a new visa if i need to fill out a whole new form? thanks for the help.

 as long as you have that hand written letter from your wife asking the consulate to issue the visa you'll be fine using the exact same documentation as the thai consulate in Savannakhet.

 yea, I messaged the embassy last week to confirm with them the requirements and their response was 'follow the website'. so I should be all good to go. I will write a report when upon my return to thailand
