Do I need to file a new TM30 at immigration now that I've signed a rental contract, or can I wait until after I move in?

Moving houses this week and I signed the new rental contract yesterday however I am not going to be actually living in that house until this weekend. Rental contract says January 22.... do you think I need to go to immigration today to do a new TM30 since the contract technically started yesterday, or do you think I can wait until next Monday to go since that will be the 24hrs after I am living in that house, and just explain to the immigration officer when I actually moved in?

Yes, I am aware it is the lanlords responsibility to go, but she lives in another province and i dont mind doing this for her and bringing the documents needed. thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether they should immediately go to immigration to file a TM30 after signing a rental contract, even though they won't be moving in until the weekend. They are considering waiting until the day after they move in, as the contract technically started yesterday but they have not yet taken residence.
