you can't get another none immigrants o visa in England now because they've changed the rules and made it more stricter, but apparently its easy in savannakhet

don't bother wasting your time with Thai lawyers cos its their job to make money from you! best that you found this site cos you know what to do and where to go now. I'm on a non O multi entry from England (based on married to a Thai) and i'll be going to Savannakhet in a few months to renew it for another 15 months
