I am currently at immigration office in Hua Hin. Tm30 required documents are as follows
Passport and visa stamp , blue book , TDAC number , house ownership copy. Original stays with lawyer , E- visa. This is a lot easier than the online service and completed by myself

it was on the form but I didn't fill it in and they still accepted it but I would have it handy in case

On a TM30 application form there is no requirement for a TDAC number nor its predecessor the TM6. Different offices are well known to require different things but this is the first I’ve heard of this.

except in case of visa change. for example if you have an Elite Hua Hin visa requires exiting Thailand and doing it onlineMax *************
