Just being married is enough my friend got his citizenship and he was on Non B with work permit. Having a marriage visa would have made no difference otherwise he would have done it

Actually they not very together in embassies/immigration, there was one case last year got five year ban after a year applied for visa and got it. But once she got to immigration at airport denied
