OK another TM30 question. 

I finally just got my current TM30 taken care of until the end date of my current exempt entry stamp, so will I also need the additional 30 days TM30 pre-completed for the 30 day extension I am about to apply for, or I do that after I get the extension?  Thanks

Hi everyone. My 1yr Non-O marriage visa expires in March, I applied for the original visa and 1yr extension last time in Koh Phangan but now we’re living in Bangkok. Is there any reason why I wouldn’t be able to renew the visa in Bangkok?

I will be moving to Thailand to live with my wife in May. We already have a rented house and a copy of the lease. Can I file the TM30 myself within 24 hours of arrival if I go to Jomtien with my wife?  Apparently the landlord says he can't or maybe won't file it for me.

My mother in law owns the house I live in. I'm trying to fill out the TM30 in her name, so I don't have to go to immigration after going out of town. It seems this last section won't take any characters entered (Thai, Roman, numbers). Anyone had this problem? Any solution, if so?
