Hi, I have a question. I've been on a DTV visa since January. I flew to Cambodia in June and received a stamp on my return until December. Do I have to fly back three months after returning from Cambodia, or is the online registration report sufficient?

I came into Thailand this past Monday via Giant Ibis (American with US Passport) and got 'stamped in' by Thai Immigration at Poipet on my passport. If I fly out of BKK to Cambodia will I also get 'stamped out'?

The reason I am asking is that I had heard/read that with new scanner technology they no longer use actual stamps. I am afraid of creating a scenario where future border crossongs (i.e. into Laos) won't see any Thai Immigration stamp and refuse me entry. That has actually happened recently to someone on another FB group.

I'm from the US. I'm in Hanoi and my visa only allows me here for 12 days. I didn't realize they would restrict my visa days here to what I listed on the vietnam evisa application instead of giving me a flat 90 days.

That said, should I fly to Cambodia and apply for a new Vietnam Evisa while I wait for my DTV? I dont think I'm allowed to extend my Vietnam evisa here even though it's short. I applied for DTV March 4th and submitted additional info on March 6th. Now it's been pending. Im worried they might request an interview while Im waiting for a new Vietnam visa.

I entered Thailand as a tourist and received a 60 day entry stamp, I’ve used my 30 day extension, my 30 days are up soon. I’ve heard of a border run too extend my stay in Thailand. I have no idea how to go about it, Any advice on where would be the best bet to do so etc? I’m currently in Pattaya.

Did my 1st hop after almost 180 days. Went to Siem Reap, Cambodia and back via Don Mueang Intl Bangkok Airport. No questions asked, fresh 180 days stamped. Landlord also submitted new TM.30

Hi all. I wonder where is better to apply for DTV visa in Cambodia (Phnom Pehn) or Laos(Vientiane).I'm in Bangkok now. Do I need visa for Cambodia or Laos and can I get it when I arrive. How many days should I book a hotel. What currency should I take with me and can I use my credit card there.Where is better for tourism and can I go to see another city until i wait for visa approval.Where in Bangkok can I make photos of me for the visa.Thanks in advance.

2 x 60 already and currently on a 30,is cambodia via agent feasible or best to avec and return autumn ?

I'm here on a 60 day tourist visa exemption (from October 15 2024) and just got a 30 day extension last week (1900 baht) at Buriram immigration. I'm staying until at least mid March so I've been told I can get another 60 day visa on January 11. Does this sound right or do I have to pop into Cambodia?
