ATM. (dont run around with that all day so)… 2. everything can be paid with cash… 3. if you really need online banking / QR scan then just use TrueMoney…. there is allways solutions.

Just use a reputable bank in your home country that has a good service for international banking. (low or no fees, atm fee reimbursement, etc.)… it is way better to not put your money into a country where you never know what will happen to your accoun and with an unstable political situation. there isnt even many benefits of having a bank account here…

sounds more like a you-problem with the selection of the ATM that you use… its recommended to use atm at the banks in case it eats your card and for safety. they will surely be stacked.

i probably used the ATMs in this country 100 times in recent years and i think it was 1, max. 2 times that it didnt had 30x1000 bills….

so you cannot say that ATMs often dont have 30k available.

the only option you have is going with a bank that reimburses you the atm fee. for example Charles Schwab for our american friends :)
