Please advise 🙏

• Entered Thailand 11 Feb via Krabi Airport (German passports)

• Visa exemption according to official info: 60 days → until 12 Apr (Auswärtiges Amt / Thai MFA)

• Passport stamp says: “Admitted until 21 Apr”

Question:

• Which date is binding?

• 60-day rule (12 Apr)

• or passport stamp (21 Apr)

Has anyone experienced this recently?

Thanks a lot!

Arrived at Bangkok airport from Vietnam, already have a DTV but my first exit and re entry.

Didn’t need anything other than my passport as the DTV and TDAC is logged under the passport. I did have them available but was told they weren’t necessary (despite the signs stating to have them ready).

I was informed (by the immigration police lady) to always check the passport stamp for the re-entry date on the DTV’s as mistakes have been made (by immigration). Once you leave the airport it can be difficult if there’s is a mistake.

Her colleague on the next desk came over to see my passport and whatever it was they had visibility to on their screens as she had never had a DTV traveller herself and wanted to see.

Hi, I obtained a DTV from the Thai embassy in London.

I printed a copy to travel with but we had a super rushed transit through BKK to our onward flight for Krabi and I completely forgot to show the paperwork, I mistakenly believed it would be on their system as soon as my passport was scanned.

Subsequently my very travel weary brain decided it would be a good idea to check my passport and my stamp was just the 60 day one.

Has anyone had a similar experience and could offer advice on the best course of action? Many thanks

Is there a way to edit my application for additional documents missing before they request it? I didn't provide a photo of my passport stamp and already know they will require it so want to save the waiting time...

Anyone else receive an entry stamp with added random writing?

And if so, do you know what it means? I can’t even make out what it is… thought it might be a weird signature, but unlikely.

I don’t think I’ve seen many stamps with additional writing posted here and the immigration officer who stamped me in was in NO mood to talk or explain.

I have one full blank page in my passport. I also have some other small spaces on other pages where an entry and exit stamp can fit. Is this enough to enter Thailand or is the law 2 pages?

I am a British Citizen and only plan on staying for 2 weeks so I don't need a visa (only the entry and exit stamps).
