Why do many prefer DTV before applying for an E-Visa in Jakarta?

i think people hurry up also simply because this visa is too good to be true. They may tighten up with the requirements, it's already very difficult to get it in places like Malaysia, so things could change at any time. Plus doing it in person, at least they refund you if rejected which isn't the case when doing it online.

Same issue. I'm German but my passport was issued in Jakarta (i got the passport from the German consulate in Bali). Im not sure what to put on the form... Germany?
