I just received an email stating that my visa has been canceled because my passport’s issuing country and my nationality are different. I am Chinese, and when my passport was about to expire, I replaced it in Chiang Mai. There’s no rule saying this makes me ineligible to apply. Can anyone tell me what I should do now? Hello, I’m looking for advice here.

I hold Chinese passport and French residency card. I applied non-immigrant IB visa through eVisa website, the application was submitted to the Thai embassy in Paris.

Due to the surge of visa application in the embassy, I might not be able to get non-immigrant IB visa on my departure date to Thailand, so if that possible for me to enter Thailand with on arrival tourist visa, and wait for the non-immigrant IB visa in Thailand?

If possible, how do I validate the non-immigrant IB visa after I received it in Thailand?

I recently entered Thailand with 60 days Tourist Visa, I know I can extend 30 days more in any immigration office.

My question is, after I extend 30 days more, can I still apply 60 days Covid Extension Visa before 25 July? If yes, what exact document I need to bring?

I'm in Bangkok right now but planning to go to Koh Tao, I just called Koh Tao immigration office, one staff said I need to prove I can't go back to China or something, I asked what exact proofs or documents I should prepare, she said something on phone call but I really can't understand her language speaking as my side was noisy.

If some immigration offices are easier for applying extendsion 60 days, such like Koh Tao, Koh Phangan, Koh Samui, Krabi, Phuket or Bangkok, then I would go.

Anyone have this experience?

Apparently one agency told me Covid extension is not an option for people like me who holds Chinese passport with 15 days visa on arrival?

To solve this problem she said:

for 15 days on arrival, you have to request letter from your Embassy, and we can assist with 30 days extension for of course huge amount of money.

I am literally drop dead. I only need 4 days more. My visa end on June 4th. I just need 4 days more to match my flight on the 8th. Ughhhh

I’m Chinese and my husband is from Benin (West Africa). We are currently living in Benin. We want to apply for a Thai visa but there is no Thailand embassy in the country. Can we fly to Malaysia first and then apply for a Thai visa there in the Thai consulate in Malaysia?

I can't get extension visa as entered Thailand with VOA two years ago, and now all long-term visa service from agencies are stopped. So I must leave Thailand in a week.

I don't wanna go back to China currently as there's still 14 days quarantine with too many restrictions, and would be difficult to get out of China again.

So I thinking of moving to another country which allow VOA, any good suggestions please? Southeast Asia preferred, Vietnam? Cambodia? But the point is the country must allow

Visa On Arrival, because I don't have any visa on my Chinese passport.
