TLDR : Answer Summary
The community is inquiring about recent successes with the online visa application process in Malaysia, particularly seeking personal experiences. Initial feedback indicates some success from individuals at the consulates in Kota Bharu and Penang, while there seems to be a lack of success stories from Kuala Lumpur.

One person in this group was successful with the consulate in kota Bharu and another one in Penang i think. You can search for the post. I have not read of anyone who got it successfully in KL.

Alexander Månsson KL is infamous for being very strict with approval hence few postings compared to other SEA embassies

I think Malaysia in general with Kl being the strictest. Someone posted another embassy in Malaysia was easier than Kl but I can t remember which one. contact them before you apply so you know exactly what is needed and docs that require notarization.
