Morning all, we want to apply for the tourist ME visa for a trip from end of December to mid May. The visa lasts 6 months from date of issue so we don’t want the visa issued until mid/end of November. My question is how long does the application process take for any resident as we need to time it right to send off our application. Thank you
I applied for a Non-ED Internship Visa on September 12 and I have yet to hear anything back on a decision, is anyone else experiencing this or know of why the processing might be taking longer?
hello! I plan on coming over on a non0 visa (putting my child full time into international school). I am aware that i have to pay the year in advance when i apply for the visa, however is there requirements on how much savings i should have in my account or am i fine as long as i pay for the entire year of schooling?
I’m from the UK, & I want to apply for a retirement visa. But how do I apply for the criminal check, as there’s no police stations open. Who do I apply to for this information
Hello all, my wife and I are planning to move to Thailand in the next couple of years and are in the planning stages. I am a dual citizen (Thai/US) and she’s American. We were married in the US and have our US marriage certificate. Do I need to register and/or obtain a Thai marriage certificate as well? The ultimate goal is to get her on a marriage visa at least for now when we moved there . Also, can we do the paperwork here in the United States through our regional Consulate? I did a bit of research and i’m a bit confused between the marriage certificate KR22 as well. Thank you so much for any information.
I’m planning to apply online for the new DTV visa (from the Thai embassy website), and I have a question regarding the financial requirement.
Do I necessarily need to show proof of funds over the last 3 months (15,000 EUR or 500,000 THB), or would it be enough if I just received a transfer now and can show the amount only for the most recent month?
Has anyone here applied and could share their experience?
Btw I’m French et will applied from France but online

O to OA and more, oh my. I am currently awaiting the final sale of my home, to my son. Is it still standard to be able to secure a bank account, get an O visa, and apply for the OA? I will be attempting this in Chiang Mai at the end of next month 🙏
I've read multiple threads on this but would appreciate input one more time before I file for my DTV.
When I first arrive I am staying in BKK and then after a week or two will go and rent down the coast. For the duration of stay what is the best number of days to apply?
With the additional accommodation question is it best to leave as NO or change to the YES when I'm not sure where I'll be exactly?
