If you rent a place and you keep this place and you go for example to the beach and rent a hotel room you dont have to do anything when you come back home. When you go abroad for example to Laos but keep the place and come back you have to submit tm30 again at immigration (you mostly get a new stamp/visa so tm30 is not connected to the new one). Had to deal with it couple of times and this is what they told me at immigration.
Udon is heaven compared to any other immigration office. They even do all the paperwork for you. Only sit, sign some papers and smile and in 15-25 min ur out.
Yes, at the entrance of MTT is a print machine and you need Line installed on your phone. Send the documents in Line and they print from their device for you. But as said above now it will be really busy and I should go printshop.
Update: I went to immigration with my renting contract and did the notification myself. Lots of simple questions and why the owner didn’t do in 24 hrs. Actually they were friendly and nice and after some discussions in Thai with the rest of the crew working there I got my notification:)
Hi James, yes Jomtien was easy but hotel assigned me to immigration when I was there for a short holiday. So my question is.. is it the best to go asap to do the tm30 with my contract or can I wait till end of this month and do everything at once?
