Just a post to put people at a bit of ease with the TM30 if you are having issues getting your landlord to get it done.
As you know the TM30 is required within 24 hours from arrival date.
I recently returned to Thailand in late June. My landlord didn't get my TM30 done until the 10th of August.
I recently went and applied for a 30 day extension at jomtien and they never said anything to me about it nor fine me for it being so late.
Of course I'm not saying to allow your landlord to be slack, but if they are it seems as long as it's done before you have to go to immigration, you should be safe from a fine.

TLDR : Answer Summary
This post discusses the TM30 requirement in Thailand, specifically addressing concerns about landlords who are slow to complete the form. The author shares a personal experience of their landlord completing the TM30 well after the required 24-hour period, yet notes that they faced no penalties when applying for a visa extension. Additionally, a commenter offers a solution by explaining that individuals can submit a TM27 form if their landlord is uncooperative, provided they have the necessary documentation.
Actually you can do it urself as well. If you have a contract, copy ID landlord and something called 'blue book', if I am correct? Then you can fix a TM27 (Address Reporting Form). My landlord refused to do a TM30 so this was a good solution.
it's the law that they provide the information and submit. I assume you can do it with all the correct information, but are they not required to sign also, as I understand it is the landlord who will get a fine or repremanded anyway.
I was on a SETV and later came back on a 30 days stamp (2x). Did it myself 3 times but it was in Udon Thani, which is the most relaxed office I have ever been. While I was on Samui 2 years ago they never mentioned TM27 and wanted to fine me, same as BKK.
