I arrived Thailand in 2020 on a 30 days stamp at Nong Kai border.
My last 60 days stamp I did at MTT and ends at 24 April.
This month and maybe some extra days in April I stay at Samui island. But, I am also renting a studio in Bangkok with a 6 month contract.
Is it possible to get a new 60 days around 24-25 March at Samui? I am renting a bungalow here and signed a contract for a month, but (resort) owner said they don't do TM30. What do I have to do/prepare before I go Samui immigration? Can I do TM30 at the same day I go for a new 60 days stamp?
Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the process of obtaining a new 60-day visa extension at the Samui immigration office, particularly because their resort owner does not handle the TM30 notification. They ask about necessary preparations prior to visiting the immigration office and whether they can complete the TM30 on the same day as applying for the new visa. After engaging with commenters, the user updates that they successfully filed the TM30 themselves at the immigration office.

Update: I went to immigration with my renting contract and did the notification myself. Lots of simple questions and why the owner didn’t do in 24 hrs. Actually they were friendly and nice and after some discussions in Thai with the rest of the crew working there I got my notification:)
Hi James, yes Jomtien was easy but hotel assigned me to immigration when I was there for a short holiday. So my question is.. is it the best to go asap to do the tm30 with my contract or can I wait till end of this month and do everything at once?
