What documents should I include to prove financial evidence for a Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) application?

my DTV was approved in one time here in the Netherlands. Actually it was very easy. I have my own web & app development company. I did some research, collected all the info here on FB and created an outline/cover letter. Maybe it can help others who like to apply.
