I was exactly the same. Local bank asked me to go phone shop to get receipt and go back to them. But I'm still frozen and told to go to Phuket to arrange again

we phoned the BB in Phuket. They said I have to call in person. Even though I paired my phone and account in a different BB in June this year in Nakhon si thammarat. In EU now have to fly back.

Said I can't get there for 2 months. They said ok

I matched my phone and account in a BB branch. But originally opened the account in Phuket. Contact Phuket BB and they said you have to go back to the original branch that opened the account . My problem is I'm back in Ireland and won't be back for a few months. Account frozen

Did you apply for Thai marriage visa in a Thai embassy. When you have it then go to the bank with a Thai speaking person if you are not fluent in Thai.

I have facial recognition already with KBank and Bangkok bank. I can transfer up to 1 million per day with Bangkok bank no issue. It's K bank in my branch have a maximum transfer of 50,000 TB and daily limit spend of 50,000tb for foreigners accounts.
