Has anyone got their money back from Bangkok bank?? They refuse to give me my money it’s been 3 months

Hello everyone, yesterday I got a notification from Bangkok Bank so that I have to visit the Branch within 30 days where I opened my account. My account is locked and I can't do any payments or transfers .

The problem is I am not in that city anymore. I went to a Bangkok Bank branch where I am staying now and they said there is no way and I should go there.

I don't want to comment on the stupidity of this rule but I want to ask you all if you had this issue and what did you do? Is there a way to avoid going to the city where my branch is?

I hope you can help me. I am trying to create an online account in order to apply for an e-visa. I have created an account online, and the system sends me a verification email as shown below. When I click the link, it takes me to the website and says:

The email verification link has not valid. If you typed in the address manually, please check to make sure everything is spelled correctly.

No matter how many times I try, no matter how many new links it gives me, it always gives me this message. Can you please advise what is wrong, how do I get past this so I can apply for an e-visa?

I'm trying to create an account for the e-visa on [members only].

The verification email arrives, but after clicking it, an error message appears on the Visa page.

"The email verification link is not valid ....!

Does anyone else have this problem ? I use different mail clients, the same problem on all clients.

Has anyone been able to book an apt. at the Thai Embassy in Vientiane, Laos recently via their website? I keep getting a message that states that my account does not exist (after creating one) &/ that my account has been suspended... And then when I tried emaialing them, it says the message cannot be delivered. UGH! I did however send a message on their webiste. Just do not have much time to waste.

Any advice?

Anyone know what's up with the www.thaievisa.go.th site. I had account set up, had uploaded all but one document. Today, had planned on uploading final document and paying for visas... but can't sign in. It keeps saying I was idle for over 20 minutes. Tried password recovery, but get same message. If I try to set up a new account, it says that email already has an account. What do I do?

Good afternoon my friend is trying to register for Vientiane consulate booking online but when he went to register it went weird on him and didnt let him put in a password. Now it is saying his email or passport is already in use. I tried to reset his password for him but the reset password link asks me for email and passport I submit it and it says invalid account suggestions?
