ORIGINAL POSTERHello everyone, yesterday I got a notification from Bangkok Bank so that I have to visit the Branch within 30 days where I opened my account. My account is locked and I can't do any payments or transfers .
The problem is I am not in that city anymore. I went to a Bangkok Bank branch where I am staying now and they said there is no way and I should go there.
I don't want to comment on the stupidity of this rule but I want to ask you all if you had this issue and what did you do? Is there a way to avoid going to the city where my branch is?
