I thought we had all the ducks in a row, I have got a Thai marriage certificate stamped and certified, yellow book, Thai ID card and trying to work towards a marriage visa. Now I need to open a Thai bank account to season funds however after having been to several banks that refuse to open an account without a visa, my wife is now taking me to a Chinese bank, I’m having serious reservations about this.
I have a roundabout Thai visa question. My Thai wife of 45 years has owned a few houses in Thailand. One in NamPhong and 1 or 2 in Nakon Phanom. But I have never seen an ownership document like a Property Deed - โฉนดที่ดิน. So I was wondering where she could get that document. ( she isn’t very good with paperwork). So if I secure that document, I was thinking of applying for a 1 year non-immigrant visa to visit my wife ( family) in Thailand. We are both in Florida currently, but technically we would fly to Thailand together and then I would be visiting her. I have had 3-4 non-immigrant visas in the past but over 10 years ago. It seems that the TM 30 is more important now than in the past and maybe I could be put on the House Registration that would simplify the TM 30 process. Good idea or some other alternative???
My son was born in Thailand and his his mother is a Thai citizen so obviously he’s (half) Thai.
When he was 7 he came with me to the UK (I’m a British citizen) and we have both lived together in the UK for the past 7 years
Now he’s 14 he is returning to his mother in Thailand to finish his studies at an international school.
His Thai passport has expiring a few years ago
He has years left on his British passport.
My situation and question is this
If he returns to Thailand on his British passport, he will get a visa exemption at immigration.
However, he has a Thai ID card and in my opinion he doesn’t need a visa once the exemption expires because he’s a Thai national and once in the country that’s it.
But his mother thinks he has to come in on a Thai passport otherwise he will end up needing a visa.

Some visa questions (and thanks very much in advance)
My family and I are starting the process of moving from Nevada to Hua Hin. My wife is a Thai citizen and my 19 year old daughter was born in Bangkok. We moved back to the USA when my daughter was 2 years old so the only Thai ID we have for her is her birth certificate and she has a US passport. My mother and I are American.
Questions: For my daughter, do we need to go to the consulate in Los Angeles to get her a Thai passport, or can she just get a 90 day visa online with my mom and me and then get Thai ID after she gets to Thailand, or can she just show her birth certificate and get a visa on arrival without a return ticket?
How long does it take to get the online 90 day visa, and do we have to wait for my mom to get her US passport to apply.
Would rather not go to LA if possible, long drive, hotel stays, etc But also don't want to have to buy round trip tickets.
