Not so far , there’s plenty been in and out over the last few months.However if you want to extend the initial 180 days by a further 180 days at an immigration office they can ask for anything they choose such as bank accounts updated, Muay Thai course renewal etc

The Evisa after passing document check gets forwarded to Bangkok for sign off. That’s why there appears to be block approval on a Sunday night

You enter where your home address is in the first, if your location in the world is different you click no and enter the address in the country that you currently are. You then upload proof you are where you declare you are.

You can’t do it . For your first year you will have to have 400k baht minimum in your account 2 months before the application date. For subsequent years you MUST have a minimum of 40k baht transferred into your account for 12 consecutive months before you apply and continue infinitum
