Has anyone submitted for a tourist visa through the Thai E-Visa website recently? I've tried to pay the past couple of days and the website doesn't accept it.

I've checked with my bank and they said they aren't the issue. so just trying to verify if this is me or universal problem

Ohh my god it finally went thru

I'm in Phnom Penh applied Sunday just checked the application and it says payment pending... thought I paid, tried again, the first time it just logged me out, then kept giving me an error. Anyone solved this? I've been using my debit and credit card over here without problems. I tried both those cards and a 2nd credit card, nothing worked. Sad I lost 2 days :( I guess I will try to call my bank tomorrow to fix and that's a 3rd day lost :(

Edit: tried Safari browser, chrome browser, not on a VPN

Edit 2: just trying a new application now per other posts

Edit 3: But now no booking site accepts my card payments for the new flight😭

Anyone having trouble paying for the Thai E-Visa? I am ready to submit, when I try to pay, I am either logged out, or receive “Payment failed or was declined”. I am using a Visa debit/credit card. I even went out to purchase a Visa prepaid card. No luck with that either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone come across this I’m at the end of the application where is says, proceed to payment after doing this it says click on an application below first but there’s nothing to click on .

Greetings and thanks for allowing me in your group. Maybe somebody can help with an issue I’m having. I fill out my DTV application online and everything is fine. That is until I go to pay the fee🤷🏻‍♂️

Every time I try to pay the application fee, it gives some kind of error message saying not accepted or canceled? I have used three different web browsers and five different credit cards and nothing works..

I have called my credit card companies and they say there are no problems with my cards such as fraud, and calling the Thai embassy here in America they say their website is working fine

I have checked my information over and over again and everything is correct. Last year with the regular E visa I had no problems at all. Can anybody clarify what might be the issue outside of everything I already verified above that is not the issue?

At the payment gateway, I received this message (refer to image)

I tried creating a new application and doing it all over again, same error.

Input my debit card info and 1st try the e visa site logged me out, then I logged in again and try payment 2nd time and got a payment failure as shown in snapshot. Anyone knows what is going on?

I have everything uploaded/filled out but each time I try to pay it gives me an error. Tried two different cards days apart. This is for Vietnam Application online. Anyone who has had this problem how did you fix it?

Edit: Visa Fraud Monitoring. The website enters a default hong address on the back end thet wont match your real address so cards with strict fraud monitoring may reject it. I was able to get my bank to disable fraud monitoring just long enough to make the payment then turn it back on. Went through right away.

Hi, i applied for DTV today from UK paid through Lloyds UK, the payment went through instantly yet the status is still pending payment. Has anyone faced the same situation?

"Payment failed or cancelled" - message appearing over and over. Everything else is submitted. I've tried multiple cards from multiple banks, same error message. Anyone else had this issue and what did they do to resolve? I am in Hanoi.
