Haha. As much as everything changes it stays the same. I lived there in 2014. A ruling that was made one day was changed by the next.

Yes you still arrive visa exempt for 30 days. You will still need insurance, hotel booking for 1 night while you wait for the test result, test also before flying and you will need to complete the TPass to get a QR code.

hey mate, if i wanted to stay for 90+ days would i be able to apply for that visa whilst in the country? And get into the country for 30 days without needing a visa?

yes come in 30 days visa exempt and apply for a Non O there are requirements to meet for it, look them up.

when ready TPASS will be for all when they scan your QR code on it they will send you 1 of 3 ways quarantine free / sandbox /full quarantine.
