TLDR : Answer Summary
A Moroccan national is seeking advice on how to obtain a nomad visa (DTV or similar) for long-term settlement in Thailand. They own a UK company and receive a salary in Morocco. The community suggests checking the Thai embassy's specific requirements, providing documentation like company contracts and tax returns, and ensuring personal funds are available in a local account. Some comments also discuss using visa agencies for assistance.

Thank you for your reply, In fact, a person without any idea about a subject could benefit from other experiences & get a general idea about requirement & what should expect as first step, then he can decide which the best option for next step, which agency, which type of visa...etc

a agency will help this guy 10X more than a FB group will

I reckon the Thai Embassy would be more suited than an Agent.

But I agree pointless him coming on FB because he may get 15 different answers

I assume your uk company has contracts for work or similar? Show these contracts, company registration showing you as owner and your uk tax returns

To increase the chance, you check the website of the Thai embassy that you will be applying at to see what their requirements are for the visa. Each embassy sets their own requirements.
