Hey everyone, I recently submitted my dtv and I just got approved about a week ago. Now I need to apply for my spouse. My question is, do I need to show that she has 500,000 baht in her bank account as well? If yes, can a joint account of 1m baht work?

This will be my first 6 months exit on my DTV visa. When I fly back in to Thailand, will I be asked to show 500,000 bath savings in my account once again? Has anyone experienced this?, or will it be no issue at all?? Please advise 🙏

Hi everyone, I looked in the group already but couldn't really find an answer. We're going to apply for a DTV in Jakarta with my family. I know that they are fine with us having 500,000 baht for the whole family and that they want 2 months worth of bank statements. I'm just wondering if the 500,000 baht needs to be in the account for the 2 months or if it's ok if it's there for 3 or 4 weeks 🤔. Just asking because they want the money on a bank account in my name and I only have a wise account, not sure I want that much money on a wise account for so long 😅

Thanks everyone for your help!

If you have a DTV and you exit after six months, is it a mandatory requirement to have 500,000 bath in your account once again while re-entering Thailand? Will the immigration require you to have that money in liquid in your account?

Does the 500,000 baht have to be in one single account or can it be spread across a couple of accounts all in my name?

What are the chances of a 20 year old being eligible for the DTV? I understand that’s the minimum age, but I doubt they are going to accept it? Like how can a typical 20 year old have 500,000 Baht in his personal bank? Even if I do, do they question the source? Or should I just contact an agent or go try the soft power route?

Hello, I am considering a DTV visa and I have a company. Should the account with the 500,000 baths be in your own name or in the name of the company? Also, how many customer contracts do I need to provide? Thank you in advance

With the new DTV visa, do you need the 500,000 Baht in your bank in a lump sum? I read somewhere they may accept proof of historic monthly income instead but don't think it was a reliable source?
