Depend visa extension questions, we've been told to provid our marriage certificate date less than 3 months by our lawyer. it seems a tight timeline as we need to have it shipped from France. What we have in hand is what we got from May, would this work if I apply for my extension in OCT? anyone can find relevant official info about it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether they can use a marriage certificate from May for a visa extension application in October, considering they have been advised by their lawyer that the certificate should be less than three months old. Comments from the community emphasize the need for proof of marriage dated within 90 days at the time of application, and point to possible official documentation (Kor Ror 22 or Kor Ror 2) depending on the marriage's jurisdiction.

Are they not asking about the Kor Ror 22 which should have been obtained from a local Amphur if marriage was abroad and involved a Thai citizen, or Kor Ror 2 if married in Thailand? Either should just involve a trip to the Amphur to produce a new copy.

Yes you will need proof that you are still married with a date no longer than 90 days on the day of application

Not sure I understand the question. What visa are you currently on and what are you planning to apply for?
